Beef Cheeks in Camp Oven

Three beef cheeks sliced and rolled in flour.

1/2 cup of port
1/2 cup of beef stock
teaspoon of dried oregano
Can of tomatoes
1 Carrot
Stick of celery
Cooked slowly in camp oven over heat beads on choofer for about 2 1/2 hours. Four heat beads on top of oven.
