INGREDIENTS:

2 chocolate covered digestive cookies
2 marshmallows: 1 pink and 1 white
METHOD: Put the marshmallows on a toast toasting stick, metal skewer or just a clean stick. Carefully toast them until they are golden brown throughout. Rest the marshmallows in a plate and hold the digestives over the campfire until the chocolate melts. Then pull the marshmallows off the stick and put them on the chocolate part of one cookie. Put the other cookie chocolate side down I top of the marshmallows and squish it down. Enjoy (and be careful of dripping chocolate or marshmallows!)
