Point Ann Campsite

by Rebecca Reeves
(Lake Grace, WA, Australia)

This campsite, located in the stunning Fitzgerald River NP (near Bremer Bay), is amazing. Gorgeous scenery, the beach is close and there are some amazing fish to be seen if you're into snorkelling.

The fishing and bushwalking is good, and at the right time of the year (approx June to Oct) you will see whales.

The campsite is paid for using an honour system, which means, as you drive in there's a box and you place your money into that. Its only $5.50 per head no matter how long you stay!!

Editor's Note: Thanks Rebecca for highlighting this wonderful campsite. Having visited Fitzgerald River NP ourselves, we can fully agree that this one's a beauty!
