This is an old favourite handed down through my family. Roast a whole chicken in a camp oven with some water and stock (I use Vegeta). Boil some cubed potatos until cooked but still firm. Allow chicen and potatos to cool then brea chicen into shredded pieces and place with potatos back into the camp oven and add a tin of creamy mushroom soup and about half the soup tin of water. If you have fresh or tinned mushrooms add them to the mixture. Stir well then simmer on the coals for about 30 minutes stirring occasionally.

Now serve hot BUT sprinkle some potato chips on top of each serve, the revues will be amazing.
You can cheat by buying a roasted chook from a supermarket. This is a great recipe for home as well.
